The Dalmatian Coast is one of the true wonders of Europe with arguably the clearest waters in the Mediterranean, as well as the plethora of historic and cultural interests. Experiencing this special region by bike is by far the most rewarding way to travel. From your arrival in Split until just before Dubrovnik, your journey will encounter the long and beautiful islands of Brac, Hvar and Korcula, traveling by bike and ferry. The scenery alternates between seaside villages, tiny medieval walled towns and lovely quiet pebbled bays, set against a backdrop of pine forests and mountains. Your final leg takes you to the red roofs of Dubrovnik, the proud port city that once rivaled Venice in wealth and influence.
